Billing questions
When can I subscribe?
Subscriptions open at launch. Join the waitlist and we’ll email you first, with founding-member pricing.
How will the free trial work?
Pro will be free for 14 days. We’ll remind you 3 days before the trial ends, and you can cancel before then without being charged.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in your account settings and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. If you subscribe in the iPhone or Android app, you’ll cancel through Apple or Google.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. A switch to annual applies at your next renewal, and any unused time is credited.
Will I lose my watchlist if I downgrade?
No. Your watchlist, alerts and portfolio are saved. On Free, alerts stay on for the 3 assets you choose.
What payment methods will you accept?
All major credit and debit cards on the web, processed securely by Stripe. In the apps, your Apple or Google account.
What’s your refund policy?
We’ll publish it here before subscriptions open. Purchases made through Apple or Google follow their refund processes.
